Training opportunities provided by the Pioneer Group

Meat processing specialists may already fit in their busy schedules two training seminars held by Pioneer Group, which provide new and valuable information for the development of this industry.

The “Casing Know-How” Seminar will be held in Paris-France, between 7 and 10 February 2015, which will be aimed at complementing the specialists’ knowledge on casings and at preventing any confusion and wrong comparisons between casing categories.

The second event, entitled Complete Solutions from Recipes and Spices to Casings and Heat Treatments, will be held in April 2015 in Iasi and will suggest applied products and solutions to achieve the sensory and visual effects of packages aimed at.
