VISMAX polyamide casings

They are multilayer polyamide casings designed for boiled products in presses.

Here are some of their characteristics:

  • excellent diameter control,
  • oxygen, vapor, etc. barrier, which maximizes their shelf life,
  • good adherence to the product, thus preventing fat pouch and air pocket formation

Available diameter range: 115 mm – 400 mm.
They are recommended for hams, puddings, aspic, mortadella, etc.

Colors: the entire range of colors, both shiny and mat. Please refer to the color database.

VISMAX casings may be delivered as:

  • rolls,
  • cut pieces, clamped or tied together at one end,
  • shirred.

Storage:
Casings should be stored in a cool dry room, yet not in the vicinity of air conditioning pipes.
The storage temperature is 12-24°C.
