Casing printing

Casing printing is a means of defining the identity of the product and of labeling it in compliance with the standards in effect.

If we were to attempt a definition of casing printing, we may call it the operation by which a special design is reproduced on the surface of an artificial inedible casing, by means of specific technologies, which, in addition to being appealing to the eye, provides information on the product inside the casing and on its producer.

The printing process includes several stages:

  • Graphic design, which is done in cooperation with the beneficiary
  • Pre-printing, which consists of the creation of films and matrices with the patterns requested and accepted by the beneficiaries.
  • Actual printing, which may currently be done in 1-8 colors, on both sides.

The casings may be printed both with general and customized information, according to the patterns requested by the customer or especially created by us for that customer.

Customized casings

If you choose one of the customized casing patterns in the Photo Gallery above, the pattern plant component execution is free of charge.
