EXPRES READY-TO-USE CASINGS

PIONEER launches a new product on the market, the EXPRES casings, available for all types of casings, including polyamide casings. EXPRES casings are manufactured using our own equipment.

The concept offers a complete product, which involves the casing pre-humidifying operation immediately followed by the shirring operation. The result is a new READY-TO-USE product.

The beneficiary does not have to add any other labor, as the products are ready to use as they were received.

EXPRES casing advantages:

  • no more losses due to over-soaked casings
  • water and electricity consumption reduction
  • higher stuffing speed and equipment protection
  • considerable lengths per stick (at least 30 linear meters), reduction by more than 50% of the casing ends

  • prevention of the risk of accidental insertion of foreign bodies with the soaking water inside the products
