They are extruded cellulose casings which do not allow overstuffing.
This characteristic makes them ideal for cylindrical products, like cured extrawursts, Victoria and Canadian salamis, etc.

They are available as shirred sticks, rolls, precut pieces, clamped or tied together at one end.
Available diameters: between 40 mm and 120 mm.
Storage:
Casings should be stored in a cool dry room, yet not in the vicinity of air conditioning pipes.
The storage temperature is 12-24°C.
